That's No Moon!

Here's how the Imperial Forces actually made the Death Star:

Make sure the correct resources are available.

Build the under lying structure.

Start to add the outer crust.

Create the Super Laser Focus Lens

Make sure the cuts are in the correct position for the power core.

Then make room for the power core to be inserted.

Insert the power core.

Paint the deflector paint over the crust.

Make sure it's all covered. (You don't want any weakness in this)

Check that all is still sound.

Build up the city scape for the guys who have to live here.

Now it's fully functional, just need to find some rebel scum.
Note to self: keep the exhaust vent covered!
